Hi, I’m Meghan. I’m a counselor-in-training who understands that healing isn’t linear, especially when you’re managing chronic illness. Through my own lived experience and clinical training, I provide chronic illness support and mental health counseling to help clients navigate life with more gentleness, clarity, and self-compassion. I specialize in therapy for chronic conditions, ensuring that my clients feel understood and supported throughout their journey.
In 2017, I was diagnosed with Still’s disease, a rare form of arthritis, and my entire life changed. Like many living with chronic illness, I’ve navigated flare-ups, fatigue, and a world that often doesn’t understand invisible pain. I created Chronic Wellness Collective to offer the kind of support I wish I had then — real, compassionate, and paced with your body in mind.
As a counseling intern and chronic illness advocate, I approach therapy with gentleness, flexibility, and deep respect for your lived experience. I integrate ACT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy — two evidence-based approaches that help us explore your values, build resilience, and work toward wellness (even in the midst of hard days).
Let’s work together to find healing that honors your capacity.
I work under the supervision of Adam Rahman, LPC-S, the clinical director and owner of Social House Wellness Company in Katy, Texas.
A multidisciplinary space designed to support your healing journey, mind, and body. Social House offers talk therapy, personal training, and yoga.
